HEY! Those look just like my work boots, zippers and ALL! Well, I have not polished them in a long time... but you get the idea. EMS peeps and army peeps get to wear funny boots. My hubby's are kinda the same but no zipper. He's a cop. They aren't nearly as cool as us.

Jump boots....they looked sharp with the dress uniform but you better not get caught wearing them if you're not airborne qualified. Day to day I preferred mountain boots...

I gotta wear those boots 40-60 hours a week. I like mine with the zippers because I take them off in the ambulance in between calls. Zippers make them quick for the off and on.

I learned to put on laced boots quick in BCT and the mountain boots were more comfortable , I was also in an arctic unit for a time.
