Lol. We have this drunk guy who rolls around town in a wheelchair.... that he stole from the hospital... and he doesn't need because he can walk just fine. He goes to the police station almost everyday trying to get arrested. When they won't arrest him, he goes to a pay phone and calls for an ambulance. When we get there, he says he will kill us if we don't call the police to come and arrest him. He tries to bite us. He throws stuff at us. I like him. He's fun. His name is Billy.
