Alright I hit my carb refeed this is what I ate:
1st meal:
2 cups of Quaker Oatmeal cereal
2nd meal:
2 packages of Ramen noodles, w/o the chicken powder
3rd meal:
Rice Bowl with 4 slices of Rye bread
4th meal:
2 cups of Quaker Oatmeal cereal
What do you guys think? What should I add or take out? But I tell you what Ramen noodles has never tasted soooo damn good!
