My Carb refeed day

Alright I hit my carb refeed this is what I ate:
1st meal:
2 cups of Quaker Oatmeal cereal
2nd meal:
2 packages of Ramen noodles, w/o the chicken powder
3rd meal:
Rice Bowl with 4 slices of Rye bread
4th meal:
2 cups of Quaker Oatmeal cereal

What do you guys think? What should I add or take out? But I tell you what Ramen noodles has never tasted soooo damn good!

Seems like you're not eating enough meals, I would suggest breaking them down into 6 meals. Also, I would suggest adding Higher-gi carbs in the first 1-2 meals (like cereal w/ FFmilk).

Is this normal????

Alright so i did my carb refeed yesterday and today i just feel like shit!!! I feel bloated and just plain fat...and i weighed myself and i was about 3 pounds heavier...do i do something wrong or does this happen to everyone??

Oh yeah i forgot to tell you I added a couple of bowls of cereal during the day...Honey nut chex, damn the stuff is good!

It happens to EVERYONE, so don't worry :) It's water retention, which will tend to go away in about 2 days.

Like I've said before, I don't like soy. Fruit is a NO NO when carbing up, as I've said before.
