My buddies trygylcerides are over 300...question

It is my understanding that the norm is 0-149.
He is not a close firend, but he wants to do a cycle. I told him to work on his diet first. I doubt he will listen, how much harm can he potentially do?

Elevated lipids are the first stage of cardiovascular disease......with prolonged elevated cholesterol and family predisposition his risk could be high for serious problems. He needs to get on a cholestrol lowering diet, cut out the egg yolks, hydrogenated oils, clams, milk products. He might want to consult with his PCP about getting on a statin drug like Zocor, Lipitor.

This is a problem that not even Mary of Nazareth could will away....

up 198 is ok not good but not bad,..
ur friend needs to get in better health before doing a cycle..
AAS tend to raised the cholesterol...
