My BF is outta control

I am a fat fucking 18% Bodyfat. I made alot of diet errors over the past 6 - 9 months and took in too much of my protein from sources that were also high in fats.

I plan to do Sustanon 750mg for 10 weeks, and clomid for PCt for 4 weeks.

Even still, I definitely look muscular and athletic. Should I do a few months of natural cardio first bearing in mind that cardio and weights don't mix well, or should In just lay into a bulker and worry about my tractor-tyre later when cutting?
 
I would not do a classic bulker starting over 10%. I myself just went from near 17% to around 12.5-13%. I'm trying to get to 8% then do a lean bulker in November. I want to stay around 10% in the future. Bulking at 18% is just ridiculous.
Weights and cardio mix well as long as you don't go crazy with either one. I do about 70% lifting and 30% cardio timewise.
 
Well, not concerned at all about summertime now. As if the chicks would flock around some fat bastard like me in his present state anyhow, so may as well bulk up!!!18% too fat for a bulker - I think your right to be honest

I feel I let myself down by eating like an idiot. All I did was look at the protein content without realising that the foods were also fattening. I'm certainly not as novice now in terms of diet as I was before. I'll never buy anything that comes in a packet ever again.

If you like your protein with the great flavor that comes with high fat you should check the "Natural Hormonal Enhancement" eating plan. It is by far the most enjoyable eating plan for leaning down I have ever been on!!! It's written by a guy named Rob Faigin.

This is a no BS eating plan that is guaranteed to get you and keep you lean without alot of unnecessary effort.

I would recommend it to anyone!

A couple month's ago i was in the same spot. Got some clen and trex and hit the treadmill and completely changed my diet and am down 24 pounds. It's not that hard if you want it. Definetely would diet before doing a bulker that is just going to add more fat.
 
You live, you learn. I'm sure most of us have had similar situations. I wouldn't bulk @18% though. Last time I started at 10% and was up to about 18% after my test cycle. It didn't take me that long to slim back to 10%. Discipling my friend. Nothing but cardio and diet for me; I'm not a big fan of fat burners.
