well the story goes.. I havent been to the gym in well over a yr , just squeezing in some pullups and pushups whenever i can. like 2x a week or so. and i did run for abit. But thats all gonna change!! i just moved out, signed up to a new gym, bought my whey, animal packs and noxplode , met this new girl, new semester in college etc etc 2007s gonna be a new yr , new body, new me.

turned 20 in october,
I am currently 5'9, an unknown body fat percentage (if someone can eval that'd be awesome) , i weight approximately 162lbs. and i dont even to think about my my lift numbers.

my goal is to cut a ridiculous amount to 145 because i want to compete in some bjj tournaments at that weight. then maybe eventually bulk back up to about 185 , and cut to about 170 solid. ya i know its kind of reversed, but i really want to try out life at 145lbs and i love running more than ever. on the other hand i would like to be much bigger than i am currently. ill see how it goes. in about 5-6 months i should be where i want to be.
 
Dude you're still very young! Start eating the best you can, go to the gym religiously, don't worry about weights; quality, not quantity. Gains will start coming. If I was 20 again....

im about 11-12 percent bf right now at 160. if i cut to 145, id be at like 5-7. i may chose to just stay at 145 if i really like the health benefits (ridiculous cardio- and since you wrestle like me, you should be aware of the ridiculous amnts of cardio/agility needed in the sport). or i may just change my mind and decide to bulk to 175. at 30lbs more, id probably be back to 11-13 percent bf so i can still retain a look of shrededness. regardless ill have to cut to 145 anyways to make weight for a competition in march.
 
You look good yarg. I know nothing about wrestling, so I have no educated opinion on your goals about that. 145 does seem awfully thin for 5'7". good luck, though. =-)

that's not awfully skinny at all, 120 would be.

i was more of a strength wrestler since i was upper weight classes, never cut weight and when i got mono i lost 20 lbs and had to go from 170 wrestling 192lbers...iv always been more of the believer that eating right and keeping my strength way up and cardio pretty good is better than cutting weight (and strength) to wrestle at smaller weight.

but i def understand its not that way for most, so goodluck on ur goals dude
