yes i have small legs b/c i have a bad back and can't really do squats. but i hope with AS i can really strengthen my back and build my legs up.

deca (300mg) - 12wks
omnadren (500mg) - 12wks
dbol - 30mg ed - 5 or 6 wks
nolvadex - 10mg ed - 12 wks
proviron - 25mg ed - 12wks
clomid - 3wk post cycle
 
screw that for first cycle i would start light first my first cycle be starting soon 5'10 185 i'll be doing winny and anavar for my 1st
 
hell no.... I've been lifting very intense for 2 yrs now and I'm not gonna get any bigger than what i am now - so i'm at my max. So I want to get big so i'm loading up. Fuck going small - Go big or go home :p
 
Lilrage how old are you? You are not at your max potential after 2 years of training by no means. But if you have decided to take a cycle all the best to ya. Just be careful and fully examine things out. Peace!!
 
no i've been training INTENSE for 2 years. All balls out 6 days a week. Been lifting for almost 6 years now - started out 3 days a week for 1yr than to 4 days a week for 3yrs.

No offence but I think you can achieve much more naturally.
 
No flame bro BUT if you`ve been training "intense" for the last two years and for six years total then you really need to sort your diet out, you've got a little size but you look like youre carrying some puppy fat.

I agree with the cycle, its not excessively big. Hope it works for you bro. Anavar & winny first cycle just seems like someone trying to dodge injecting.

I believe a few months back he posted that he couldn't hold down protein shakes.....Bro before you start your cycle you need to seriously somehow get your nutrition down in order......RADAR
 
I think your body fat is much higher. I don't see the size on your upper body to support the 197 (as far as muscle) Areas to work

1. arms
2. back
3. chest
4. shoulders/traps
5. legs

I am not trying to be mean or negative by any means. But you must really start hitting the weights intensely. If you have been doing so for 2 years, then your intensity level is low. Get a partner who will push you and put progress and success above friendship. You must cry after each set, vomit when doing legs. If you can't squat use other things such as leg press, hacks, lying leg squats, etc. The weight must be heavy and extreme without going so far as to cause injury. Your diet must be clean (for cutting) and if you want size, gobble anything and everything in site.

You will get to your goal if your drive and desire are there.

Sounds like your suffering from diet problems. If you have been training intense for two years then something is wrong.

With that cycle you should grow like a weed IF your diet is in order, otherwise it will be a waste of your hard earned cash.

lil rage are you sure your 197 ..?? You look less then that . I'm 180 (will post my pics soon) and I'm 5'10 and I look just as thick as you.
 
yea i know call it puppy fat. well 1 year ago almost to this day i was 186 with body fat of 8% i was lot skinnier and cut. But since then i've been so busy with working and weightlifting that i have had no time for running or biking. and yes radar that was me about the protein. and my diet was in order - until 2weeks ago when i went on vacation for 2wks.
 
I woludnt be affraid to go heavy on the AS on first cycle cause in my opinion,you will never make the same huge gains as your first cycle.dont get me wrong,you still gain later but damn!that first cycle is awesome!!!:mix: :D :karate: :newbie: good luck
 
If I were you I would visit protienfactory.com and get some quality protien in you. If your not sure what to get ask the guys there, they are very helpful

Suprised to see that no one took a minute to say the following, guess I will quick, my $.02:

(1) Get some Arimidex to replace the Nolvadex & Proviron, if you do a search you will find that these somewhat hinder gains if taken throughout your cycle, along with all the other plentiful positives of Arimidex versus the latter, you can't compare... Keep some Nolva around if you would like, but only take it if you see or feel the signs of our enemy. The Arimidex will cover your ass bro, no worries...

(2) was VERY suprised to see our bros neglect to suggest TEST, in any way, shape, or form... as we usually always pray, "test is both imperative and a necesssity for any great cycle"

hey bro...i'm not flaming on you, but you are starting out way too hard on for your first cycle. i also question your level of intensity for 2 years, maybe it's genetic, but from your talk, i would expect more than that, you should too....good luck bro...
 
also size was 2nd most imp when i worked out. due to football i was always about strength. I slowly grew but my str gains we incredible. ie.within 2yr bench went from 295 1x to 365 3x's. But recently has dropped b/c i went down to 3x's a week low weight high rep training. I NEED SIZE! and i need that extra bit of help from AS to put me there. I believe one main reason for my lack of size is also b/c i can't get enough protein into me. I can't keep them down - posted a thread awhile back and yes i've tried everything.

LOL... I know Omnadren is test fellas, Sust's twin indeed. It looks like the fatigue must have been settling in there around 1:00am last night. Oh well, all water under the bridge, oh and rage - mistakes happen b, so sorry for that, but don't knock me too hard. You'd be suprised how much I know...

How old are you? You definitely have some more natural growth left. No flame bro, but think about waiting a bit. I know you are in a rush to be huge but good things take time.
