My Before and Afters/Current

This is one of my first posts. I'm 5'4 about 155 in the before picture, 125 in the recent one.

Edit: The before picture is being difficult you'll just have to take my word for it.

I only see one pic and it;s about 1/2 inch tall....can u post it for non-plats....I think one is missing too....
 
ohmigod, That was weird, after I posted that, the second one "appeared", weird....but still really small....
 
Wow you lost 30 lbs.....yum! Great looking body. I'm assuming of course that the one on the right is the before. How did you do it and how long have you been working towards your goals.
 
Yes, the one on the right is the before :) Basically it was all diet and exercise - lots of cardio and lots of chicken and salads. Still would like to drop another 10 and maybe think about fitness or figure comp.

cam't see the pic very well, but it looks like you have decent shape and proportions from what i can tell. As you add muscle tone over time you will do well. Try and resist getting on AAS, it will only ruin your femininity.

only about 25% of the members can see your pics! email them to 'gymrat' so he can put them up for all of us to see, you'll get a lot more attention and advice about whether or not you could make it in a fitness comp.
 
You look fantastic and from what I can see your face looks beautiful... Waayyyy to many people make negative comments to people that post and it's no wonder more don't risk the ridicule. Keep up the good work and congratulations on your success!

Keep up the hard work, it definitely paid off. :) Will have to work at becoming a competitor, but you'd definitely turn my head at the beach.
 
looking good, what is your workout routine/style........I suspect you are avoiding the bigger movements and the heavier weights
 
The past month has been insane with finals and summer and job and stuff, so I have been doing mainly cardio, however on a regular basis I don't usually avoid bigger movements or heavy weights-I love it when I catch guys saying "holy shit look how much she's squatting." I really need some motivation to pick up heavier weights right now just because i have been concentrating on the cardio so much.
