Just finished a 12 week fat loss/lean muscle gain plan - down from 20% to 13.5% :D

What ya reckon ;)

Just gonna start on a bulking plan to see how much lean muscle I can add over the next 12 weeks...
 
Yeah, 12 weeks - i'm chuffed with the result, just wanna put on some decent lean muscle. As i'm new to the game, on a decent 3000-4000 cal diet, what could I put on realistically by the end of the year? :confused:

Keep up the good work! You have made some pretty amazing gains in 12 weeks time. Don't let anything stop you now. Are you looking to build more mass or lean out?
 
Very nice. In 4 months you managed to shread up and pack on some serious muslce. Your chest gained great size.

Way to train Ballz to the Wallz!
 
yeah...what are u using to measure? the scale with the metal prongs? or a thingy you hold? get it done with calibers
