Bro, I'm fucked. That first pic of me is not my original physique. I was around 160lbs there. Before that pic I was around 240lbs! And years before that I was at 118lbs! I kept going up and down. I would lose interest in the sport. Or I would get busy. Or just didn't have the time or money etc etc.

But back to what I was saying. Yes I'm fucked. I do not have a cycle. I am on HRT for life.

I went from 118lbs to 142lbs naturally in 6 months. Then I went from 142lbs to 240lbs with straight training. No time out! But then I kept with the roller coaster shit. Going and stopping over and over. So I dropped from 240 to 200. Then down to 180 and then back to 190. Then down to 160 ( that is the pic you see there ). Then back to 220lbs ( this past winter ). Now in the current pics I'm 190lbs.
