Bro, I'm fucked. That first pic of me is not my original physique. I was around 160lbs there. Before that pic I was around 240lbs! And years before that I was at 118lbs! I kept going up and down. I would lose interest in the sport. Or I would get busy. Or just didn't have the time or money etc etc.

But back to what I was saying. Yes I'm fucked. I do not have a cycle. I am on HRT for life.
