my anti biotics for my sinus infection gave me diareah

lol.

yeah, many anti biotics attack the "healthy" bacteria in the digestive tract causing loose stools.

i ate 8 oz of beef right off the foreman, and by the time i got to class i fucking shat it all out. barely made it.

all i could think about during my 2 hour class was how much lean mass im losing/lost over the past week and how i could be digesting some nice proteins but instead it was lost :(

bummer bro, but at least your sinueses will clear up.

sub, the entire time you're on antibiotics, have yogurt a few times a day. it neutralizes the effects and you'll feel fine.

so i go into the store and say "do you have immodium" to the lady who speaks awful english.

im like fuck..

and say in a super loud voice

"I HAVE DIAREAH LET ME GET SOME MEDICINE"

Which anti-biotic(s) did they give you? I have had chronic sinus infections for the past three years, and I have been amazed that doctors do NOT do cultures of your nasal passages and sinuses to target a specific bug.

I had to see an ENT three times before he thought it was a good idea to see what bugs were actually there causing the problems.

If your doc is really on top of the game, he would have told you to take acidopholis and or active culture yogurt concurrent with your ant-s.

Also, theywould have let you know that fungus and viral problems are often at the root of "sinus infections"

Best of luck with this
