My 85 Day Cutting Program!!

I will be starting my program on Wed Oct 3rd. This program will consist of an isocaloric diet (40/30/30) where i will be eating 6 times a day. I will be at training 4 days/week with weights as well as cardio.

Current Stats: 6'3 265lbs 20%bf

Goal: 240lb 12%bf in 85 days (crossing my fingers!!)

supplements:

WEEK 1-10: EQ 600MG
WEEK 1-7: ORAL MASTERON
WEEK 1-8: T3 UP TO 200MG/DAY
WEEK 1-8: SUPERCLEN
WEEK 9-10: ECA
WEEK 1-10: CREATINE

WORKOUT SCHEDULE:

DAY 1: Chest and Bi's

Chest: Bi's:
1) DB press 3x6 1) BB curls 3x6
2) DB incline press 3x6 2) DB curls 3x6
3) Dips 3x8

DAY 2: Legs

1) Squats 3x6
2) Press 3x8
3) Curls 3x8
4) Extension 3x8

DAY 3: Tri's & Shoulders

Shoulders: Tri's:
1) DB press 3x6 1) Skull crushers 3x6*
2) upright rows 3x8 2) pushdowns 3x8
3) side laterals 3x8

DAY 4: Back & Calves

Back: Calves:
1) Lateral Pulldowns 3x6 1) Standing raises 3x10
2) Rows 3x8 2) Seated raises 3x10
3) t-bar 3x8

* 35 mins of cardio after workout
* Abs after weights

I will be doing this workout for the first 6 weeks.....i will make changes when the time comes.

If there is anything missing please let me know! Please if there is any advise that anyone can give me it would be greatly appreciated......flames welcome too!!
 
Wouldn't isocaloric be a 33/33/33 split (iso=same caloric=calories)? Not being nit-picky--I've just seen the 40/30/30 referred to as isocaloric elsewhere too and I wanted to clear this up for myself as well.

Here is a sample day of the diet.......and yes you are right....it is a 33/33/33 diet!

Meal 1: 1 cup of oatmeal, protein shake, 5 egg whites

Meal 2: myoplex shake

Meal 3: double wendy's hamburger (no sauce), tossed salad w/ low fat intalian dressing, diet coke

Meal 4: myoplex shake

Meal 5: 6 oz sirloin steak, cup of broccoli, potatoe, salad with low fat dressing

Meal 6: myplex shake

total= 32/36/32 3300 cals
 
Everything looks awesome, but FUCK....take out tha wendy's meal.

If your gonna be at wendys at least get a some grilled chicken bullshit and a diet coke

you know i was thinking that too.....but the book actually recomends it as well as the grilled chicken sandwich

Hey, what book is that btw? I'm leary about going that low on protein (I'm on a 40/30/30), but I've heard about the good results from others so I should just do it. Seems like it'd be a lot easier than 40/30/30.

what are you talking about low protein???? Im eating like 310g/day!!

a friend of mine gave me this isocaloric book that looks like it was a free book with a purchase of some supplements...its about 70 pgs long and there is no scientific bullshit or filler in it like other diet books. I dunno, ive tried every other diet in the world with no success so im gunna give this one a shot! Wish me luck!

I'm not saying you're not taking in enough protein. I was just remarking how, percentage-wise, it is lower than the 40% I'm currently taking in. But I like the idea of the 33/33/33 split and I may try it myself. Good luck bro!

Day 1: Mon, Oct 1/01

Food Intake:

Meal 1: Nexus protein shake, 5 eggs whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: Myoplex shake
Meal 3: wendy's grilled chicken burger, small salad, diet coke
Meal 4: Myoplex shake
Meal 5: 6 oz roast beef, low fat mashed potatoes, 1 cup of broccoli, small salad
Meal 6: Nexus protein shake w/ 1/2 banana and strawberries, 12 oz of skim milk

Training:

Chest:
1) DB press 3x6 75lbs db's
2) Incline DB press 3x8 70lbs db's
3) Dips 3x8

Bi's:
1) BB curls 3x6 85lbs
2) DB curls 3x6 45lbs db's

*35 mins cardio (treadmill)
Speed: 3.5 mph
Incline: 3.0
Cals Burned: 302
Distance: 1.9 miles

Comments:
Felt good all day except i got shitty sleep last night and i had an early class this morning. Had a 1.5 hour sleep from 11am-12:30pm. Took my first masteron pill today and 1 scoop of cell tech 5 mins before workout. Had great pumps....i know the weight is low but im coming off of a rotator cuff injury! As for the food, I had no kravings for carbs between meals, i was always satisfied all day long, i think this diet just might work!


Question: is there any room for cheat days on this kind of diet??
 
Dan Duchaine was the KING and GOD of the 1/3 Isocaloric Diet......I am the new King, if you ever need help give me a shout, i have made fantastic gains with the diet....peace....

PS: Keep the Wendys in there....It is ok to eat it as long as it is factored in!!!
 
Day 2

Tues, Oct 2/02

Training: None

Food Intake:

Meal 1: protein shake, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 piece of toast, 1 tbsp of penut butter
Meal 2: Foot long subway club w/ cheese, little mayo on whole wheat, extra letuce and tomatoes, diet coke
Meal 3: myoplex shake
Meal 4: 7 oz steak, 1/2 baked potatoe w/ little sour cream, 8 grilled prawns, grilled veggies, small tossed salad w/ low fat italian dressing, diet coke
Meal 5: myoplex shake
Meal 6: chicken burger, small fries, coke

Comments: i had a few drinks at the bar tonight because it was my best friends birthday so you know i had to have a few, 2 shoters and 2 vodka seven limes, 6 bottle waters. Meal 6 was at like 2:30am.
 
Day 3

Wed, Oct 3/01

Training: Back and Tri's

Back:
1) Lat pulldowns 3x6 160lbs
2) DB rows 3x8 85lbs
3) cable rows 3x8 200lbs

Tri's:
1) skull crushers 3x6 100lbs BB
2) behind neck db extention 3x6 85lbs db

* 30 mins cardio (treadmill)
speed: 3.5 mph
incline: 3.5 mph
total cals: 305
Distance: 1.75 miles

Food Intake:

Meal 1: 3 whole eggs, cup of oatmeal, nexus protein shake w/ skim milk
Meal 2: Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich, small salad w/ low fat italian dressing, diet coke
Meal 3: Myoplex shake
Meal 4: chinese food: steamed rice, lemon chicken, sweet/sour pork
Meal 5: myoplex shake
Meal 6: nexus shake

Comments:

didnt get much sleep last night (5 1/2 hours) had work and school today, its been hard to have a decent meal so i tried to make the best out of it. Today my clen and t3 tabs arrived!!! so i will be starting those tommorow.

4 shots doesn't seem too bad. I have to stop fucking drinking beer--every Thurs. in my town is the big college night out with $1.50 pitchers. Skipped last week and am going to try and limit myself to 3-4 drinks if I go out. later
 
yeah i hear ya man! at my university its $1 highball night at one of the clubs there.....as well as $2 shooters! its really hard to stay away

Thurs Oct 4/01

Training: None

Food Intake:

Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, cup of oatmeal, nexus protein shake
Meal 2: Lean Body protein bar
Meal 3: chicken sandwich, diet coke
Meal 4: myoplex shake, fruit salad
Meal 5: 1 cup of white rice, sliced terriki beef and pork
Meal 6: nexus shake, strawberries and banana

Comments:
felt pretty good today, except i spent the morning the fucking dentist chair.grrrr. i must commend myself for being able to eat all 6 meals within 2-3 hours of each other. I goto school and work so i find it hard to eat clean and often!! And most of my friends are fat ass burger eating, smoke a pack a day, alcoholics! its hard it tell ya! Other then that the fucking Canuks lost to the blackhawks today!!! not impressed!
 
Day 5

Friday Oct 5/01

Training: Shoulders & Calves

Shoulders:
1) db press 3x6 50lbs db
2) upright rows 3x8 70lbs bb
3) side laterals 3x8 20lbs db

Calves:
1) standing calve raises 3x10 540lbs
2) seated calve raises 3x10 300lbs

* 25 mins cardio (legs felt like lead today)
Food Intake:

Meal 1: nexus shake w/ starwberries and banana's, 1 cup of oatmeal w/ skim milk
Meal 2: Myoplex shake, 1/2 bio X bar
Meal 3: footlong sub (club) no cheese, little mayo, diet coke (subway)
Meal 4: zone bar, 500ml chocolate milk (before workout)
Meal 5: double hamburger from wendy's, diet coke
Meal 6: chicken ceasar salad, 1/2 bun, diet coke

Comment:
I really need to improve my should strength again, a couple of months ago i was able to shoulder press 185lbs with no problem. Now im a weak bitch:( anyways, i went to the bar again last night. I didnt have much: 2 beer, 2 vodka 7 limes, 1 screw driver, 3 bottle waters. No more booze for me thats it!! Oh yeah and i think i got a letter saying my 14 bottles of eq have been seized! I will find out right now if that is true or not! Other then that i felt really good today!
 
Day 6

Training: None

Food Intake:

Meal 1: whole wheat bagel w/ cream cheese, nexus protein shake
Meal 2: myoplex shake
Meal 3: subway club footlong no cheese, little mayo,diet coke
Meal 4: protein bar
Meal 5: lasagne, garlic bread, diet coke
Meal 6: nothing

Comments:

felt pretty good today, i woke up at 1 pm so i had a hard time fitting in all of my meals. I just basically ate every two hours. Oh and the letter that i had to get at the post office was my 14 bottles of eq!!! So i did 600mg of eq yesterday.

Looks like the program is going well. I skipped going out this week so that makes over 2 weeks so far. I'm going to try and go a month without getting wasted. I may go out, but I'm gonna try and limit myself to 4 drinks. It's hard when I go out with my fraternity bros though. Later and keep us updated.

4) Leg Ext 3x8 275lbs

* 35 mins cardio (treadmill)
Cals: 300
speed: 3.5 mph
incline: 3.5

Food Intake:

Meal 1: myoplex shake, penut butter & jam sandwhich
Meal 2: nexus shake
Meal 3: Turkey, mashed potatoes, broccoli, stuffing, pumpkin pie
Meal 4: myoplex shake
Meal 5: lamb souvlaki, rice, baked potato, greek salad
Meal 6: nothing


Comments:

I had an absolute awesome workout today...just one of those days that i have unlimited amounts of energy. I went to the bar again, but only had one beer and 2 week shooters....picked up some chick too, i wonder if 1.5 hours of sex consitutes as cardio?? I know i shouldnt have ate the greek meal too late at night but my philosophy is it better to eat something then nothing at all. Oh yeah and for us Canadian it is Thanksgiving, so that why i had such a big turkey diner. Other then that felt good...tommorow im going to start taking the superclen!
 
Day 7

Mon Oct 8/01

Training: Chest & Bi's

Chest:
1) db bench press 3x6 75lbs
2) db incline bench 3x8 70lbs
3) flyes 3x8 45lbs

1) db curls 3x6 45lbs
2) bb curls 3x6 85lbs

* no cardio today

Food Intake:

Meal 1: turkey sandwich, nexus shake
Meal 2: myoplex shake
Meal 3: 7oz sirloin steak, cooked veggies, 7 prawns, 1 bun
Meal 4: myoplex shake
Meal 5: pumpkin pie
Meal 6: nothing

Comments:

I didnt do any cardio today because of the thanksgiving holiday...i got to the gym too late because it closed at 5 and i got there at 4:15...so it was either do wieghts or cardio...so i choose weights....i will go on a day off and do my cardio to make up for it. i took a 1/4 tab of ip's superclen and oh my god i did not want to do anything! i was right fucked up!! thats why i didnt eat my last meal...and i forced that piece of pie down....but other then that my workout suxed ass because i was rushed!!
 
Day 8 & 9

i took these 2 days off because of the damn superclen.....man i hate the first few days of this shit. I got a seriously bad headache, was shaking worse then micheal j fox and was out of commision for most of these 2 days. I didnt even eat very much....damn clenbuterol.......all i know is it better be fucking worth it in the long run!
 
im going to be starting a new workout routine.....i figured that since i am taking the sauce right now i would have no problems doing a 3 on 1 off routine, so here it is:

Day 2: back & tri's

1) pushdown 3x6
2) one arm cables 3x6
3) Behind neck rope ext 3x6

Day 3: shoulders & legs

Shoulders:
1) db press 3x6
2) front raises 3x6
3) side raises 3x6

Legs:
1) squats 3x6
2) press 3x6
3) curls 3x6
4) ext 3x6
5) standing calves 3x10
6) seated calves 3x10

Day 4: off

Day 5: chest & bi's

Chest:
1) bb press 3x6
2) cable flyes 3x6
3) inc press 3x6

Bi's:
1) preachers 3x6
2) concentration curls 3x6
3) rope cable curls 3x6

Day 6: back and tris

back:
1) deadlifts 3x6
2) t-bar 3x6
3) lat pulldown 3x6
4) bb shrugs 3x6

Day 7: shoulders and legs

Shoulders:
1) flyes 3x6
2) rear delts 3x6
3) one arm cable side raises 3x6

Legs: same as day 3

* 30 mins cardio every workout day
