Okay, so here are the facts. Age 25, bf around 10, weight 83kg, height 178 cm.
The case: Around 4 years ago, when i was pretty new to the juicing world i developed a slight case of gyno after a deca/winny run. (i was a noob) It came several months after i stopped using supps so it probably came from the prog rebound of the deca. Slowly fucking with my hormones. Its not in any way severe, but definately bad enough that its visible through t shirts when its warm, and its glandular. (not just estro fat)
At the time i tried nolva, (not good, i know) adex and everything i could get a hold of to stop it. But as it was prog related it didnt help and ive just lived with it after.
A while ago i asked needto for help, and as the awesome bro he is, he helped me with a letro,cabaser nolva killing setup. Unfortunately it turns out im one of the few guys this doesnt work to well with. (typical)
So this is my last run before opting for surgery and is as follows:
Week 1 - 6 : Var @ 50 mg/d with creatine to help function
Week 1 - 6 : test prop @ 300 - 500/w
Week 1 - 4/5 : T3 @ 25 - 75 mcg day (tapering up&down ofc)
Week 1 - 5 : Clen @ 40 - 120/160 mcg day (tapering up)
Week 2 - 6 : Letro (nuking first week with 2,5 mg, then tapering down)
Week 1 - 6 : Prami starting at 0,25 building up to 0,75 (decided to try this, as dostinex did nothing for me, and ive read about others having sucess with prami over cabaser)
Gonna run hcgenerate through, and do a pct consisting of unleashed, post cycle and osta sarms. maybe ill try some phyto aswell.
The reason for clen and t3 is simply to burn as much fat as possible, creating a hard kcal deficit to hopefylly start a dissolving process of the adipose cells in the chest fat/gland. The testo and var is to save my muscles in this process.
