My 3rd attempt at a six-pack

Me: 5'9" 185lbs @ 20% bf. After 7 months and two so-so Deca-Winny cycles, tons of T4, Clen, ECA, and even a couple DNP cycles, I want to get this cycle right. 8 weeks: Sust @ 250mg/week, EQ @250mg/week, Primo @ 300mg/week, Winny 50mg/3days in bis, Clen-ECA alternating every week, and T3 for first 5 weeks. Nolvs and Proviron as needed. Clomid 2 weeks after last injection. Cardio 30 minutes 5 mornings/week. 5 afternoons/week heavy lifting. 2500 cal/day in a 40/40/20. My goal: 185lbs @ 10% bf... i.e. maintain weight and reduce BF. What do ya'll think? Thanks.
 
CUTS BRO, it worries me that you write 3. attempt!
If it is so, you are doing something that I doubt roids can help you with. How is your consistency with your diet?

Here's the deal bro, maintaining a typical "bodybuilder diet" is somewhat difficult for me in one respect. I can only eat a maximum of around 150g protein/day. The reason for this is that I had something called "intusseception" of the intestine when I was a baby, and I had to have corrective surgery on it then. Ever since, I've always had problems digesting protein... hence around 150-170g/day is my limit. I gotta play with the cards I got delt... that's life I guess. I still think my goals can be reached though... what do you think?

I think the cycle looks a little to much If your goal is to preserve and cut, is the d-bol neccesarry??
Must be someone out there who knows. I'm sorry bro but I don't have 1.hand experience with roids, better get other peoples opp. on this.
YOU WILL GET YOUR GOALS IF YOU ARE CONSISTENT CUTS!

I remember you said on the last dnp cycle you binged completely...... if you decide to continue dnp ussage at some point, remember to take longer brakes between cycles, you won't get that bad cravings, and your body(brain) will be more ready to take the stress that follows such calorie deficit(and all the other sides).

It's not the roids failing you.........it's you failing you. Your diet/training doesn't seem to be on the up and up. You should be looking at those things, not the damn AS.
AS is just a tool that will help, it won't give you abs simply from the product.
 
I would up the Sust to 500mg/week and the Eq to 300-400mg/week. I would also take the Winny ED 25-50mg/Day would be a good dose, if you don't want to inject ED then just drink it. Like the other have said make sure your diet is perfect and your should get that 6 you are looking for. E-Mail or PM me anytime if you need any help. Dude.. turn up the intensity on the cardio... th plan will work.. but you have to stick to the diet man... its tough but do it.. also if you go to bed a little hungry, this seems to hlp me alot... (my $.02)
 
Cut I've been reading yur threads for the past week and it's actually gettin kinna ANNOYING.

Don't mean to be pessimistic but all you do is complain"blah blah blah". Don't you get it "NO MIRACLE PILL".

It sounds to me that your main problem is in your diet and if your not willing to make a bit of a sacrifice in that aspect then I would suggest......."Don't waste your money b/c your just gonna make it ATTEMPT NUMBER 4"

If you really want it, work for it. harder than you've ever worked for anything. Put the bullshit to rest and get busy... nobody said it would be easy. I don't ever plan on have a six pack but I'll be damn if my chest isn't going to stick out further than my stomach and I'll be damned that if I'm in a normal public situation I will be the one to have the biggest guns there. No guts, No determination, No Glory MAN... shit or get off the pot!!!!

All of my childhood I was fat. Now I'm allways getting comments from girls I just meet that I'm a "good-looker".
Allthough I'm not where I want to be yet.

what foods are you using as carbs ??? my general rules for dieting are this :
1) eliminate all dairy
2) little to no simple sugar ( whatever you get in sauces , or the little bit in low carbs bars )
3) eliminate wheat (no wheat pasta, bread, etc. ) ( occasional cream of wheat )
4) Brown rice, Yams, plain oatmeal, (occasional rice pasta) . No white potatoes. No white rice.
5) no fruit
6) as many green veggies as you can take at every meal . ( small amounts of corn , little/no carrots)
7) red meat 3x week ( flank steak , buffalo , ground london broil, all drained and washed after cooking)
8) egg whites , chicken breasts, turkey breast, tuna steaks, solid white albacore in H20 , whey powder ( no cheap high solids etc )
9) 1 cheat meal every 10 days
10) snacks : natural peanut butter ( 1x eod ) , pickles (as desired ), crysal light slushies ( they fucking rock), diet soda , plain rice cakes
11) 2+ gallons of H20 day
12) coffee in abundance ( vivarin before workouts) ( i dont take eca , its fucks with my prostate)

cardio : minimum 50 minute sessions 4-5x week ( 60-70% of my MHR)
weights: ( high volume , high reps ) 6 days week.

as far as your chemical scheme i would probably try something more like :
Prop 100mg/eod ( or prop/enan 2x week( aratest or something) , winnyV 50 mg/day, Prov 50mg/ed. Primo 400-600 week . I would avoid the T4 ( if you insist maybe try Tricana). If you like the clen try it in 2 week stints , with a ECA in between.


CARDIO BURNS FAT !!! LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT .

If he didn't manage it the first two times somethings very wrong. It's usually diet or intensity... Serious answer. Try an Isopure zero carb shake five times a day.
... Very low calories. Use half a glass of 1 percent milk and half water. It will break up better than just milk. Whole milk will fill you up more though and you won't get hungry... And only one or two meals. Very light portions. To be honest without knowing his situation thoroughly you can't give this guy much advice... There really are alot of factors when it comes to the stomach.. Diet, exercise, eating habits, stress factors.. Too much to just guess.

I apoligize if I've been kinda whiny this past week, I just came off a really shitty DNP cycle... hot, sweaty, I was just feeling and looking like hell. B/c I was feeling so bad, I binged on carbs for a couple days and that worsened things b/c it negated any benefits I would have gotten from the cycle... I think I actually gained some fat. Anyway, I'm not the type of guy to make excuses or place blame elsewhere. I take full responsibility for my actions and their results. But the truth of the matter is, when you can only eat 150g of protein per day, it makes bodybuilding success quite a bit tougher... believe me. I'd love to cut carbs and eat 250g/day of protein like you guys, but I just don't have that option. Another thing... I don't come from an athletic background... I don't think I have the best genes for bodybuilding. Not an excuse. Just a fact. I'm not quitting though HELL NO. Ya'll are right in saying that AS are not Magic and it takes hard work and discipline. I'm gonna give it my best this time.

P.S. It would be real easy for me to lie about my stats on this board (I'm sure a lot of guys' #s are inflated here), but that's not my style. I appreciate ya'lls criticism... it's just the kind of kick-in-the-ass I need!
 
To be honest, I did not read all of his post, or any of the replies that anyone had given him. But it seems to me that is a VERY complicated cycle. What not stick with the basics? You know the KISS method? Keep It Short & Simple. I would do a cycle of Susp/Winny 100mg every day with Armidex. That is a true reflection of your diet (the Susp/Winny) Many people I know use it for contest prep. The so-called water bloat is just an indictation of your poor diet or lack of water intake.

I appreciate your help bro. No more DNP for me for a while... next WINTER maybe... just too damn hot now. I think you might be right about the D-bol... I'll probably cut that out, keep the rest. How'd you lose all that baby fat?

grams x cal/g = cal = %ofcal/day
Protein - 150 x 4 = 600 = 24%
Carbs - 200 x 4 = 800 = 32%
Fat - 120 x 9 = 1100 = 44%
------
2500 cal/day

120 g of fat/day sounds kind of scary, but I think your idea does make sense. Low carbs=low insulin=low fat production. What do you think?

Cuts, It took about 1 year to loose the majority of the fat I was carrying at the time. It was pretty hard for me as I loved to eat crap, be lazy and watch T.V. I started to watch my diet and hit cardio 6 days a week for about 25-30 min. I did that for about 1 month and started to like my results. I was eating about 100 carbs a day, about 75 grams of fat and about 250 grams of Protein, I weighed about 230 and my body fat was high a hell. I started to use an E/C/A stack in the morning when I did cardio and in the afternoon before I went to lift. I did not eat any carbs after 5:00pm at night as well. I ate food like Chicken, Tuna, Fish, Turkey, Rice, Oatmeal, Lean red meats, Protein shakes, Peanuts, cheese, egg whites, and basically anything with low carbs and high protein. That is basically how I lodt the majority of my weight, and I did not use any gear(I wish I did as I lost a lot of muscle as well) I would hate to be fat again and I just finished my Bulk cycle and feel ssssoo bloated, I can't wait to start cuting again. Good job Mustang. How did you feel when you cut carbs that low? I always start to feel kinda shitty whenever I cut carbs to those low levels. Was eating like this tough? Cutting out fat isn't too bad, but cutting out carbs...
 
Mustang 18 couldn't have said it any better. More drugs!!! If you have cycled before that amount you are planning on using would be a waste of time. Up the drugs, eat well, sleep well and train hard. It's not just the drugs that do it all.

I would drop the d-bol for this cycle, protein intake or not with what you plan, your going to lose FAT,

Cuts I too was a very chubby child. The end of my junior year I was 5'9" and about 250lbs. A very good offensive lineman but a very big eyesore.
Now after learning alot the next year I spent losing weight and ended up losing over 110lbs. But to tell you the honest truth there was not special diet or magic pill. It is simple. You eat less than what your body burns. That is the clue. If you eat 2000 calories of complete carbohydrates and your body is burning 2500 calories with all of the cardio then you will still lose weight. Just keep it simple and take it a day at a time.
Here is my advice to you:
Do cardio for 5-6 times a week for 30-45 minutes.
Eliminate all candy and simple sugars
Eat whole foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc
Try to eliminate the amount or red meat in the week to once.
Eat rough grains and whole carbs. Meaning, eat whole wheat bread, yams, oatmeal, brown rice.
Eat poultry (white meat). Eat alot of chicken, tuna, and fish. Just make sure to watch the amounts of sauces you put on. The sauce (like may) is what kills the healthy diet,
Here are just a few steps. If you would like to have more than drop me some mail and I would love to help. i know where you are and how it feels, just make sure to keep your head up and keep on pushin. The time will come.
As for the diet you posted. that can be a start. Just make sure to use some flax and natural peanut butter for your fat. Do not be afraid of fat, it actually helps you burn fat!!!!!
 
Cuts, When I cut the carbs to 100 a day I felt a little more tired then usual and did not want to train that hard but the E/C/A helped that little problem ;) I have gone as low as 25-35 carbs a day but after about a week or two I could not handle it and upped them a bit.

CUTS bro, I started to laugh when I read mustan_18 & namu's posts. My story is more or less the same, only difference is that in my country eca is forbidden, and I took ephedrine hcl and did cardio(running) 4-6 times a week in the mornings. I lost a lot of muscle etc etc. etc.
In the end, the only sideeffect I got from being very fat as a child is the scare of comming fat again. I'm sure that I'm balancing on a thin line between eating disorder and normal behavior(on the right side of the line I might add, hehe). Don't be scared by this statement, it's a fact. I'm not talking the typical anorex..etc. But my dedication to this 'sport' of building my body is kind of sick, just a fact that I'm aware of.(wich I'm sure many bros on this board can agree with having as well).
If you wan't to talk:diet, supps., training, mentality, consistency, etc. etc. etc. let me know, just like the other good bros. I really suggest you take one or all of us up on this offer, it's really good to have someone to share your goals with, and get some input from.

well..

I havent started to use any roids *yet, but right now i have a six pack.. it may not be the mother of all six packs, but I still got one...

I've been working out (serious training) for about 2 years now, clean and one of the emphasises of my workouts have been abs... and its funny, u are saying u cant get a six pack, and ya dont say nothing about your ab workout.

As everyone on here has written, cardio is going to lose the fat. Run outside instead of on the treadmill, personally i found that does more..

and of course, your ab workout.. you wont see your abs start to show, no matter how little fat you have, if they dont have some size to them. I would like to hear what you do for this portion of the workout and how often you do it. It will not give you a six pack with your bodyfat, but you will be able to see progress much better.

But from the 20% bodyfat, I suppose thats your problem, and I dont think steroids is going to cure that by itself.

Now, I would suggest if the six pack really is important, you emphasize more fat burning, even if it is at the expense of some muscle. If you have most of your fat around your stomach, it is going to take time, no matter what you do.

And if u eat less, your body starts burning the fat b/c it has nothing else to burn, plain and simple.

I guess those are the most basic things I can think of..

Yeah bro, some of the other guys said the same, so I dropped the D-bols. As for the Sust, a lotta guys seem to think that some kind of Test helps with fat loss.

GOOD FRIEND. Remember these things, and what else you want to acheive when something comes in the way of you diet/training habbits. Most important thing is overall consistency. You know what to do, DO IT.
