Stats: 5'10" 215, 13%
Goals 195 6% or to what looks good in the mirror
Taking b12, E, Flax seed oil, and Melatonin at bedtime
1st day @ 200mg, nothing was felt from it, as expected
Day2 200mg, a couple of hot flashes, No I'm not going through menopause, that is just the best way to describe it.
Day 3 300mg, starting to sweat now, not too bad, I had to work tonight, that sucked, I was the only one sweating, I'm a server and that was not the best thing to do while on DNP, I felt moist and damp at all times, got the night sweats
Day 4 400mg, I have no energy, all I want to eat is carbs, I started to ride my motorcycle to class because if I didn't I would be completely sweat by the time I walked there. Sitting in class is awful, I am the only one sweating, my back is soaked because of my backpack, I can't sit by the hotties any more because I have sweat dripping off of me, and I probably stink, I wised up and started to wear undershirts and wifebeaters to absorb the sweat so it doesn't show through my shirts. I also started wearing bandanas to absorb the sweat from my head. It was the perfect time to do the cycle, it has been about 60-65 each day, I wear shorts, sandals, and a short sleeve shirt, nothing feels better than getting out of class and hopping on my bike and cooling off, for the 10 min we have between class. I try to sit by the windows at class so I can stay cool.
Day 4 400 mg I have no energy, I did find that one thing that cools me off is doing mild aerobics. I am winded if I go hard for a while, but after wards I feel great. I feel like a tool though because I am the only one that is completely drenched in sweat. After walking any where I can't carry on a conversation.
Day 5 500mg I did this because I feel I can read my body fairly well, I knew the dnp would start to build up in my system and I wanted 1 high dose out of the cycle. My face is "squaring away" My abs are starting to show through, they are smaller though as every muscle in my body is because of the glycogen depletion.
Day 6, that night was the worst ever, I slept on 4 different towels, got up to piss 4 times, each time my piss was yellow, I also drank about a liter of water or Gatorade each time I got up. Also, I pissed a lot each time too. In the morning I felt like shit, I skipped all my classes and just drank water, Gatorade, and watched porn. Also, I felt like I was going to puke when I laid on my back? My chest kind of ached too when I did this?
Day 7, did not take any today, my body was telling me no more, I figured I will wait a day and take another 200mg. I sweating wasn't nearly as bad as it was the night before. I feel that lifesavers or suckers helps with the no energy thing, is thing bad though? Also, When I get hungry, I feel like I can eat a cow, but when I eat I can barely eat anything? I guess that is good.
Day 8 200mg, all major sides were gone so I popped another
Day 9 200mg getting back the comfortable sweat felling that I have grown to love, only cause I know I'm getting ripped
It truly was hell week. No energy, sweating all the time, I went through a lot of gold bond!
I will stop back and finish this log in a few days
I plan on running this for 14 days, I am down 10 lbs. so far, I'd say 5lbs. of fat and the rest water and a little muscle.
I have a couple questions though?
1. After taking the last pill, say 300mg, how long will the dnp stay in my system? And how long do I need to wait between cycles?
2. Say the next time I cycle dnp, I run 200mg a day, would it be alright to go out drinking the first 2 day on? Say I start it Thursday, can I drink Fri, and Saturday? I would drink moderately and make sure my piss is clear at all times? I didn't know if alcohol, or weed reacted chemically with DNP,
Let me know if I did anything wrong while cycling it, any advice is appreciated.
