glad to help. just find a good work out routine im partial to mine but thats bc i love myself ... lol and diet, diet will make or break you wether your on cycle or not and i imagine this will be the area you need the most help in besides maybe some gym motivation. i had posted a thread about quick cheap meals you can make in bulk in which there are some good posts ill post a link to it. you can eat these daily just rotating week to week. add in a good breakfast eggs and oatmeal with a good before bed snack aka hardboiled eggs and youlld be good to go.
