Steriod diet on a budget and time crunch

So I know there are cookbooks and such but I want to hear some recipes that you guys have come up with that are cheap(ish), quick to make, and help meet goals. I was on a cycle and after talking to a nutritionist came up with a plan to keep high cals, protein, and clean as possible , but alot of it was extremely time consuming and hella expensive. There is no escaping the expense of cycling but this is one aspect i think can be done with minimal expense and tweaked to work with our time restrictions due to work or whatever in general.

Ive got two things i make in 5-8 serving quantities the day before that are pretty delicious, decent results, quick, and wont break the bank.

1. Tuna pasta

Albacore tuna
large elbow mac.
extra virgin olive oil
minced garlic
diced tomato
green onion
light mayo
light cheese

2. beef

Lean ground beef browned and seasoned with : lawrys, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
add in same pan on reduced heat: canned potatoes
green onion
sliced onion
sliced green pepper
olive oil
ketchup

potatoes can be substituted with brown rice if so add butter. you can also eliminate the potatoes or rice, slap in on a bun with white cheese makes a kind of philly/sloppy joe type sanwhich, but its easier to eat out of a ziplock at work.

If you got one you like that falls into this catagory please share.......:chomp:

here ya go man this is the cheap and easy and effective way

1 can of tuna. after draining it dump it onto a paper plate and mold it into a square with a fork. microwave for 30 seconds. then put 2 pieces of wheat bread in the toaster. put a slice of cheese on top of the tuna. microwave for 20 seconds.when the toast is done put it on top of the tuna/cheese then flip it all ovver. then put another slice of cheese and microwave for another 20 seconds. then put the other piece of toast
on..

1) my version of tuna pasta:
high protein Barilla pasta (otherwise any other whole wheat pasta)
olive oil
sliced black olives
seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper (usually don't add salt)
sometimes throw in cubed, 75% reduced fat cheese

2) pasta with ground turkey
high protein barilla pasta
1-2 pounds sauteed ground turkey (drain out fat)
mix pasta, turkey, a few tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, spices

* sometimes I'll make the above with a few tablespoons of pesto sauce, just for flavoring
* sometimes I make a turkey bolognese with crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and turkey then mix with pasta

3) turkey chili
1-3 pounds of ground turkey, browned and fat drained
throw in a few cans of crushed tomatoes, some olive oil, garlic, onions, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika
after about 20-30 minutes, I'll throw in a couple cans of red kidney beans, then cook for 10-15 minutes longer

I like turkey bacon, but it's loaded with sodium... so I only treat myself to it every once in a while
