My 1st cycle

I'm new to steroids but I have several buddies that have talked me into it! I have worked out on and off for a while but I just can't seem to get any bigger...... I have recently purchased some Test E and was going to try it by itself my 1st cycle..... My goal is to gain about 15 or 20 pounds with a good diet and working out really hard! I'm 5'11 and weigh about 175 and I'm approx 12% body fat but I've never had trouble getting that down..... My question is.... Will my goal be possible with just the Test E and if not what can I expect to be a reasonable goal?

This statement alone tells me you shouldnt be touching gear yet

without consistent and dedicated workouts with a good diet how can you expect to reach goals? steriods arent a magic pill that will make you all of a sudden super swole and huge. you will probably gain but i bet my left nut (my favorite one) that you will lose it all. On top of that you prob have no supporting suppliments or pct

That's my big question.... The friends I have never took any thing else with it and never had any problems but they did lose alot after they finished! How can I keep that from happening?
 
I am by no means an expert, but what I am saying is you shouldnt take anything YET. Get a dedicated work out schedule not on and off, a diet plan, and some good supporting supps ie ntks, a good protein, and maybe even somthing like 347 and get solid gains from that. you will get the most out of your cycle if your close to your peak naturally and judging from your post id say you havent gotten there yet. i know its not what you want to hear but trust me its the right answer. Im sure youod work out while on, for that reason alone then fall back into your current habbits, lose it all, and have put your body through that for nothing

the reason is a lack of knowledge and dedication. to answer your question on top of what most of us have already est. being a proper workl out schedule and diet, you need a proper post cycle therapy with suppliments. but bro im telling you right now isnt the time for you to cycle. Why dont you post up your age stats current work out plan and diet and we can set you up on somthing that will yeild results without roids and point you in the right direction with supporting suppliments.
 
Thanks for the help...... Im sure your right about that! It's just frustrating because I have worked out for 2 years, I may miss a week here and there but I still bench press about 240 (3 sets of 6) an do other chest workouts and workout bies and tries and shoulders and back and I'm pretty strong for my size but I can't seem to gain weight!

Thats all due to diet and work outs. post up your work out schedule and your current diet or any restrictions with that and I will help you out. I will also give you some great products that arent roids , but will def move the scale for you with dedication

Im 26 5'11 and wiegh about 175.... I workout 3 days a week on average but I'm willing to turn that up a lot! I try to eat right but def need more protein input! I've always been pretty lean but can never gain mass.....

Wow bro for being 5'11 you could weigh alot more than 175. so 3 days a week, how many days/ hours can you for sure dedicate to a work out. do you have any diet restrictions? whats your budget like?

I try and spend an hour in there at a time but I'm seriously fixing to up that drastically! My diet is pretty sucky but I'm just not very educated on the proper diet and budget is not a problem for the stuff I need to make this work!

1 hour of weight trianing is all that's necessary to gain, anything more and you're risking overtraining. You don't grow in the gym. Proper recovery time, rest, and diet is what's gonna make you grow along with a proper routine of course. My suggestion is to try something like bill star's 5x5 routine and research a proper diet. If you use this type of routine, eat big and clean along with plenty of rest you WILL grow. If you need help with setting up a diet feel free to pm me or hit the diet section of the forum and you will get plenty of help

ok so I am going to give you a very basic work out routine, nothing crazy just to get you back in the swing of things. As you platue from this work out you can switch it up. The point of this is to get all your musle groups in twice a week, get back used to being worked and promote good growth hormone.

Monday Chest/tri 5 sets x 10 reps
Bench
military press
flys
iso wides
incline bench
seated machine dips
flys
rope pull downs

Tues legs/core
squats
leg press
leg extensions
hamstring curls
calf raises (seated weights or machine)
abs (your choice i like leg raises, elevated/weighted sit ups, crunches , incline rocky)

wed back and bis
pull ups or pull downs wide
seated rows
ez bar curls
hammer curls
preacher curls
and i cant think of the name but its like a seated row but the bars are above head level and you pull the weight back..its an iso machine ill get back on that one
dead lifts

Now you repeat for thurs thru sat but its lower weight higher reps

diet is somthing thats really hard to give exact advice on , budget , tatse time are all factors but you want protein.. i eat upwards of 2 punds of meat per day at a minimum. so fish of course albacore tune, salmon, ect. lean ground beef , ground turkey, baked chicken. These are going to likely be your staple. eggs are great sources of protein i eat 3 in the morning and 3 before bed all hard boiled. i was just introduced to the protein plus pasta barillia (prob effed up that spelling) so its a good carb to have for lunch/dinner. oatmeal i think is the easiest breakfast carb. cut your sugars, soda, and chips lol.... you want clean good foods this will promote energy and mood. veggies with lunch and dinner. sweet potatoes, green beans, pretty much anything minus iceburg lettuce and celery

cals- dont know what you calculation is but im gonna say you want about 4000 cals/ed (im only 5'9 190 and i can eat cookies and cream ice cream all day and not gain an effin pound so i try to smash cals) and 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh

yea could be , i just dont expect the weight to be super high with that set up the sets/reps could be adjusted. its going to suck for the first couple weeks bc its going to be a shock to the muscles esp back and legs but its going to promote good groth hormone help with depp sleep and hit secondary muscles all week.
 
as for the supps.

protein- i prefer big blast from protein factory but wheytobuild sold by need to is a good protein
gear- this will make all the proteins you eat complete compunds thus giving you the ability to use and count them
need2slin- this may be good for you pending your diet in the past compared to what it will be basically direct to the muscle
n2matrix- great night time protein you will notice great gains with this
347- will up your test levels increased test means better workouts, decreased recovery times, increased sex drive all around good shit...

No! Because you have not gotten down a solid diet and this working out on & off Sure won't get you bigger. You should Be committing Every day 4-5 days a week Sweating down to the bone going to pure failure until you feel weak in the knees,Thats what your training should look like ,you don't need steroids at this time ,you need to get seroius with your training & diet.
Stop Thinking about short cuts a yrs from now no one will ever be able to tell you even took steroids because you didn't know how to train or how to get Extra Calories to feed that new muscle.

The supps i mentioned above really should be the only things your taking to enhance and get the most out of your work outs. There some other stuff you can take here and there but this will be a great core. I promise you if you follow any good dedicated routine (not having to be the one i suggested) with a solid diet and those supps you will gain without a problem, and with your height dude you can easily put on your desired weight and then some without the juice. Now if you fuck off and play black ops all day while eating cake then nothing will happen and roids will never be your answer. hope you take the advice cause i know itll work.

No problem bro, its going to be great out doing your buddies on roids and your just natty at the moment and down the road when you do decide to cycle itll yeild some serious results that youll be able to maintain. that list is expensive i know but i truly believe its a well worth it investment and every product listed is 100 % legit.

Youll hate it but youll grow to love it. And working big muslce grioups will promote growth hormone that will effect your other muscle groups as well. So your legs and back are this biggehst muscles right? youll gain what your overall goal is in those two muscle groups alone if done right. pm me if you need anything else.

Omg, not a whole two years!!! Dude there are people in here that waited almost ten years of putting in blood and sweat into the iron before they touched any gear, me being one of them. Put in your time...and reach realistic natural goals before you touch any gear. Take the next 8-10 years to read and research...

i feel the same way bro... but its pretty easy to get the "shortcut mentality" these days esp if he is working out with a bunch of guys that are doing what he came here origionally to do. he seems to be on the right path now from a swift kick in the ass by me and radar lol

well id much rather have someone post up on here. listen to the logic and change their mind versus hearing some 145 lb kid talking about abombs at the gym and know nothing about it. Will he follow through with it who knows, but for those of us who have done any cycling and have put in the work, i think its up to us to kill the dumb shit and try to put em back on track...

like i said its because of their lack of knowledge, dedication , overall intelligence, and supporting supps (pct). Forget about their products and routines and focus on what we just put together.

I'm 26... 5' 11 bout 175.. Last time I had my body fat checked it was around 10 % but im prolly up a little from that! I did what Ranger told me and ordered some supps and am gonna try to really work on my diet and get in the gym more often!

there you go, glad to see you're taking their advice. You'd be suprised how much more you'll get out of your workout and how much better you will feel just by focusing on you diet....good luck bro

glad to help. just find a good work out routine im partial to mine but thats bc i love myself ... lol and diet, diet will make or break you wether your on cycle or not and i imagine this will be the area you need the most help in besides maybe some gym motivation. i had posted a thread about quick cheap meals you can make in bulk in which there are some good posts ill post a link to it. you can eat these daily just rotating week to week. add in a good breakfast eggs and oatmeal with a good before bed snack aka hardboiled eggs and youlld be good to go.
