My 1st cycle for cutting-your opinions please

Im planning to do a show mid November and am already dieting down (calories at 4000-4500/ just slowly reducing-carbs & subbing protein/omega fats) :RADAR

I weigh 265 at about 14% and am dropping 2-3lbs consistently each week (started at 275). Been training for 10-11yrs and put on a solid foundation of size, feel it's time to cut up and go for the gusto (really start competing seriously). :raina:

Planning my 1st cycle about 9-10 weeks out of 300-400mg EQ every week with 50mg Winny for the 1st 5 weeks and switching to Tren the last 5 weeks 100mg EOD... I feel I need to check blood before, during, and after to make sure I know how my body is reacting to it (blood pressure/hdl & ldl, etc.) and take precautions accordingly. :rasta:

My question: Ive heard that it takes a lot of calories for juice to work (4000 minumum!!) but will the above be effective when dieting down because I will have to reduce the calories gradually as I approach showtime. From your experiences, what kind of result can I expect from my approach???

You can cut or bulk on any gear IMO - It depends on your diet.. I can tell you that 4k calories seem to me to be well above your maintainance level - so I doubt you are loosing much fat taking that many calories. Tren/winny yeaild good results on a calorie restricted diet...

I ran Test/Tren/Winny on about 2000 calories a day- I gained 7 lbs and lost about 3% bf in the process.. I would drop the EQ and run Test Prop/Tren/Winny - run the prop 2 weeks past the Tren at least to aid in recovery. Keep your dosages pretty low - such as 100mg of prop EOD, 50mg of Tren ED, and 50mg of Winny ED. Drink plenty of water on that cycle!

Thanks for your reply Black Sheep...I've been doing loads of cardio to reduce-probably too much and that is why I was dropping...I would have shrunk to nothing eventually...
I will make adjustments accordingly with the EQ and the calories...since I'm a "freshman" I have a lot to learn about "vitamin X". In a couple of weeks I will drop another reply on how it's going...
