My 1 rep max for squat

I wanted to check my 1 rep max for squat before starting the workout plan andalite designed for me. Im only 15lbs off the goal i set myself for the end of this summer. Might even be less than that because i feel like i still had 5 to 10lbs left in the tank.

You easily could have added 15lbs. to that squat, you practically went ATG. Good sutff man.

Excellent work bro! When I looked at it frame by frame it seemed like your knees started before your ass, so that's something to keep in mind. Besides that which might not even be true (im half asleep), i couldn't spot any errors. Keep up the sick work!
