MWM5 training/diet log

Seems like all the cool kids are doing it, so I thought since I am starting a new routine and diet monday (3-9-09), I would start one as well. Will be updating it on a daily basis with both workouts and diet!

Here is link to diet I will be using. This is just the outline, what I will get in EVERYDAY, i will surely get other food in there as well.

The program I am going to give a try. It has been highly recommended that everybody should try this program at some time in their training "career"

here's what i've got so far. my diet kinda got fucked up b/c i couldn't sleep lastnight and got up late.

meal 1 - 6white/3whole eggs, 2tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2tbsp bacon bits, 2 flavored packets instand oats with 1/2cup plain oats, 2 cups 2% milk

meal 2 - 1 egg mcmuffin, 1 bacon, egg, cheese bagel

meal 3 - 50g protein, 1tbsp natty PB, 1tbsp olive oil, 1 banana

meal 4 - 10oz bbq chicken, 2 cup brown rice, 1 cup steamed veggies

meal 5 - 1 slice pizza

meal 6(6:30) - 50g protein, 1tbsp natty PB, 1tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp honey, 1 banana

rest of day i'll add tomorrow

work out, i was trying to figure out what weights i was going to put into the 5x5 calc. to come up with plan. work out was

squat(ass to floor)-i will use 350x8 in the calc, i can't go all out on squats yet with my back issue

Today i worked on figuring out what i will use for push press and deadlift. I haven't deadlifted in quite some time due to a back injury. My last set i went a lil too heavy i think and feeling it pretty bad.
