Muscle Soreness!

NOW, FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS, I GET SORE AFTER EVERY WORKOUT. FOR EXAMPLE, IF I DO BACK AND TRICEPS ON MONDAY,
THEN I'LL BE EXTREMELY SORE TUESDAY, THEN THE SORENESS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, AND I'LL BE READY FOR ANOTHER BACK TRICEP ROUTINE EITHER FRIDAY OR SATRUDAY.

THE QUESTION IS:

DO YOU GUYS THAT WORK OUT INTENSELY ALSO GET SORE AFTER MOST WORKOUTS FOR THAT LONG?

I SURE HOPE THAT YOU'RE RIGHT.
HOWEVER, SOME SAY THAT THE SORENESS AFTER AN INTENSE WORKOUT SHOULD NOT FOLLOW PAST THE FIRST 2-3 WORKOUTS.

I EVEN HEARD THAT CONTINOUS SORENESS MAY BE A SIGN OF LOW TESTERONE LEVELS.

CAN ANYBODY SHED LIGHT ON THE ISSUE OF SORENESS?
 
Trust me bro........I've been working out consistantly for a while now and every time I workout hard I get sore. Infact my lats are aching right now and that's because I hammered my back on Tuesday. They'll be repaired by Fri. or Sat. then on Mon. or Tues. I'll hammer 'em again. Any large muscles like back, chest, and legs need sufficient time for healing. Overtaining in my opinion is best descibed like this..........lets say you cut your hand and you keep on scrathing and picking at the cut, it will take longer to heal rather than if you had left it alone; same concept with overtraining, by working out a muscle that hasn't fully repaired itself, you are just prolonging the healing process. You can help speed up the healing process (somewhat) with high protein, aminos, glutamine, ext.

As far as the comment about low test levels, never heard of that. But I gotta say that my test levels are extremely high, infact after I type this post, I'm going to www.passwordhq.com so I can release some of this energy!:evil:
