NOW, FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS, I GET SORE AFTER EVERY WORKOUT. FOR EXAMPLE, IF I DO BACK AND TRICEPS ON MONDAY,
THEN I'LL BE EXTREMELY SORE TUESDAY, THEN THE SORENESS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, AND I'LL BE READY FOR ANOTHER BACK TRICEP ROUTINE EITHER FRIDAY OR SATRUDAY.
THE QUESTION IS:
DO YOU GUYS THAT WORK OUT INTENSELY ALSO GET SORE AFTER MOST WORKOUTS FOR THAT LONG?
