In case many of you missed it, here is what I thought about the berry flavor!!

Well I will be putting a full review of both of them in my blog, but just tried the berry for the first time tonight pwo and I thought it tasted AMAZING!! Usually not that big a fan of berry proteins and such but this stuff rocks! taste like the strawberry nesquick i used to drink as a kid!!

I'm really like the flavoring both the orange and the berry... hmm now to try mixing them half and half tomorrow!

btw- i've noticed having this immediately pwo helps keep my energy levels stable the couple hours after i workout, as opposed to the crash i was having an hour after.

Ok I got a serious problem it's been about 7 hours since I worked out and I just woke up starving, this is a pwo shake I know and I'm sure it's not ment 7hours pwo lol but I just downed 3 shakes made with milk! How bad is this? I'm sure Ima wake up a couple inches thicher round the waist lol and if that's not bad enough I used all the milk up.... Shit my kids are goin to hate me in a few hours I might have to jog to the gas sttion to grab a gallon jus so I can go back yo sleep (guilt) anyways ya the stuff taste awsome, it may even taste a lil to good.... I'm real curious as to how the orange is but come on it can't be this good... Or is it???????
