Muscle preservation...

After my current cycle I'm going to get back into boxing. As most of us know, you will loose muscle (along with fat) but you will still loose muscle during training and whatnot. And none of us want that now do we...?

I boxed about a year and half ago and lost a decent amount of weight after a bulking cycle (the only bulking cycle I ever did). However, I lost muscle as well.

Ok, so my question is this: what compound can I use JUST to preserve muscle....in the safest way. I know if I did 250mg ew of test that would do the trick but then its going to be like an HRT type thing. I was thinking maybe 400mg ew of primo?

What do you guys think? All suggestions are welcome and appreciated :)

well ya could do more of a HRT preservation of around 250-300/wk with test, depending on your age. or you could cycle test/Primobolan - methenolone - like you said or test/Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - . and i would throw some anavar into both(most hate it but i love it)

and definatly add some glutamine, creatine

I'm 24. I wouldnt be looking to really gain muscle just not loose a bunch.

What he said... L-Glutamine is the shit... I use to travel ALOT.... and wouldn't get anything more than a shitty hotel gym... would come back 10 lbs less.... Some power lifters told me about L-glutamine... its relatively cheap... WHAT a difference....!!

I understand that. However, I am not looking to go pro or anything....probably wont even get my card.
 
Cycle on and off var at a low dosage. This will help maintain muscle while dropping fat, strength, and speed.

thats what I was going to say...var would be good.keep muscle,no bloat,keep speed and strength up,not to many sides but how long can you run an oral like this is the ????

primo seems like the better answer its a common bridging compound.
 
heres my educated advice with options lol

400mg primo weekly along with 500iu's hcg 2x per week to keep nuts and test going

OR

2-4 iu's gh ed along with glutamine/CEE/and a little clen

OR

250mg test e weekly BUT thats kinda of like fucking a fat chick when your dating a playboy bunny...meaning same sides as a full out cycle with no results

OR

50mg proviron, 40mcg clen, 40mcg igf post training

they'd all be great low side options and you'd prob look great using it too...just pick the one that you like better and can attain easier cheaper etc

OR lol

just run 500mg test, 50mg var, 500mg primo, 4 iu's gh and be DONE!!! now thats VF style!! haha

btw....this cycle is now called the "five triple double" and gets its name from the dosing scheme 500-50-500 mg of the best compounds around.....patented by Vascular-Freak and motivated by Boston789's continous ranting about how good that cycle is!! lol
 
I would also go the glutamine / creatine route.... throw in some IGF too... it's helped me maintain size and strength in between cycles (even when my natty test was low).

I actually like the idea of 400mg ew of primo with H C G 2x ew. Makes sense.
The var sounds pretty good too.

Var would be good...and that's the question. How long can you run it for? I ran var for about 8 weeks at 75mg ed. Levels were all normal. I do think primo would be the better option.

IMO...primo is MUCH better than var....var is great for pumps and strength but aside from that it doesn't do that much alone....primo will keep you from getting sore after workouts and will provide much better nitrogen retention which is what your after.
