GymIntensity said:you can take it as many times as you want . and the fat wont matter for post workout because they are all MCT's , and all they do is burn fat. The most important times to take ure protein shake are within 30mins after your workout and right before bed

I would take MM for pre-workout and I would take it right before bed.

The small amount of sugars should create an insulin spike (dependant), the protien and carb content is sufficent post workout for many who are on cutting diets. Cals are a bit high but partial shake mixed with plain whey can fix that.
