Lean bulk - I am gonna toss 1 scoop in my am oats
1 cup oats
1 scoop muslce milk
1 cup egg whites
20-30 rasberries, blueberries, fiber one cereal
and again preworkout
1 scoop muscle milk
1/2 cup oats
1 homemade protein bar
handfull of fiber one cereal.
