Muscle milk>???

When would you say the MOST opportune time to take it is?

first thing in the am with oats, and egg whites

in the pm as a preworkout supp

postworkout

before bed?
 
I use it as a meal replacement actually in the middle of the day..... It has a really great blend of fat/protein/carbs.... Postworkout isn't the best idea since it has Fat in it.....

I usually down at least two per day, breakfast and mid day, i usually add a scoop of regular whey to it to make the total 50g protein though....can't beat the taste anywhere!
 
you can take it as many times as you want . and the fat wont matter for post workout because they are all MCT's , and all they do is burn fat. The most important times to take ure protein shake are within 30mins after your workout and right before bed
 
COOL...what's you flav of choice?

Lean bulk - I am gonna toss 1 scoop in my am oats

1 cup oats
1 scoop muslce milk
1 cup egg whites
20-30 rasberries, blueberries, fiber one cereal

and again preworkout
1 scoop muscle milk
1/2 cup oats
1 homemade protein bar
handfull of fiber one cereal.
 
Thanks for reminding me.... I am going to go get some right now. I just bought the premade vanilla shake and it was pretty good.

yep, ultramets are a good meal replacement...probably the best tasting MRP....i like the chocolate....put a tablespoon of natty peanut butter in there!!

also teh strawberry with skim milk and half a bananna
 
Orange cream and chocolate carmel pecan are my two favs. I usually drink 1 in the morning with breakfest, and again before I goto sleep.
 
i called them and they told me mid day and after owrkout. then they recommended a new product not available on the www site (in their print catalog though) pre-workout.
