It used to be thought that MCTs (muscle milk's big "breakthru") would not deposit fat or not be used, but many studies over the past two years demonstrate MCTs have 9/gm like any other fat, and widen the wasteline and screw cholesterol like any other fat. Muscle milk has kind of had it's day. I always loved the taste of mm, and it will always be the king of taste! But you might want to try a new whey formula with low carbs and low fat, you will have much more definition and be much happier with your body in the mirror. The only time MCTs do seem to not accumulate is right after a workout, so one a day should be ok if you insist. My 2c, but muscle milk and mullets both need to go sometime, along with old heavy metal albums![]()

Ummm. Other fats don't widen your wasteline nor do they screw with your cholesterol.
Mono, poly, and omega fats have all been shown to improve fat loss and improve lipids.
