muscle milk vs regular whey powder for cutting

ok whats better for cutting , useing regular whey protine like nitrotech or muscle milk to cut with , is muscle milk to high in calories compared to nitro tech or another whey product i am makeing ither a musclemilk by itself after workout or a whey shake with mulidextrin and dextroce (sorry hate trying to spell the shit ) whats better to use for ?

stay away from milk, whey and the like while cutting... might as well be eating ice cream

Muscle Milk = BULK
 
I would go with whey and flax over muscle milk any day cutting or bulking...but espicially cutting
 
im cutting and (when I'm out of food and need something quick) I used one scoop of muscle milk + two scoops of whey for a high protein/low carb/good fats meal plus either 3 CLA caps or a t of flax.. I don't see anything wrong with that for a meal, seems to do my body good :) I wouldnt have muscle milk post workout though it digests too slowly, stick with the whey + malto/dex
