I'm seeing more and more ads for this, but no reputable testing done o support the claims........ingredients look a little skewed to me.......18g of fat? 6g of carbs? Anyone know much about this product? Quality?
Do a search on Musclemilk. There have been many threads on here reguarding it....

The fat is mostly MCT's and I feel its best pre-workout and in the morning for breakfast (As an MRP).......Post workout it is supposed to be good but I stick to whey (AF stores new one!)
As far as carbs they are fairly low. not like procomplex but pre-workout I don't think it matters
Doesn't fit within my dietary needs, no. Never liked that much fat in a shake, "low carb" or not, as you really have no way of ACTUALLY knowing what you are ingesting.

If I want fat I'd rather use a Whey Isolate shake or a Mix of Calcium Caseinate, Egg and Whey and just add some high quality double strength DHA,EPA Fishoil caps instead of trusting what Muscle milk or other companies are putting in their shakes. The best oils are the ones that usually taste pretty awaful and tend to spoil easily in incorrect temprature. Take your whey shake and add fish oil caps and some ANPB if you want.
