I'm drinking one right now. After the first few sips I instantly felt my bowels begin to push against my anus in an attempt to destroy my recently washed underpants.

It tastes decent - a little too sweet for me though.

Yep, Muscle Milk is otherwise known as Drano for the digestive tract, just finished three scoops of Chocolate Peanut Butter in 8 ozs. of water, t-minus 5 seconds till splashdown.


Sometimes when I drink it, I can actually hear it talking to my previous nights dinner, breakfast and lunch plotting an escape route. :)
 
I need some of that; I'm shittin razor blades right now.

What do you think about it as an mrp though? I know it's got a good amount of fat in it - they say its good fat but I'm always a bit skeptical when it comes to supp companies.

I'm lucky that I don't have to scrutinize my diet to the point that I truly care ( this will change as I steadily get older) where the calories come from, as long as I get them. I think it's fine as a filler, but I would never rely on it as my sole source of manufactured protein. Plus it's yummy, so aside from the rampant flatulence, and football sized turds, I give it a thumbs up. :nerd:

Yeah I don't really give a shit either. I would like to try some of the different flavors. I just bought a couple boxes of the chocolate packs.

I buy the jugs from DPS Nutrition...

Good: Cookies and Cream, Vanilla, Orange Cream, Chocolate.

Could Be Better: Chocolate Peanut Butter
