I take in around 200 mgs from Protein Powders a day.
 
Right, but I thought you were taking in mostly MRPs, no? Wasn't aware that MM was a part of your diet. I've been researching this product and everyone seems to rave about it....just a little wearing on the amts of fats/sat, etc. I realize it SAYS they are from EFAs, but it still has me a little flustered........you use it in all phases of your routine? cutting/bulking and the like?

Not during cutting no, but due to the calcium not the fats (calcium makes me retain water like a pregnant woman). Being married with 2 kids, cutting is no longer a realistic part of my lifestyle, as long as I maintain 10% it's fine by me, and I can enjoy all the yummy Muscle Milk I want.
