very good protein, and taste FAR FAR better than anything else on the market....BUT....it has quite a few carbs and quite a bit of fat...although they advertise it as good fats, its still got a LOT of calories in it. BUT again its SUCH A GOOD TASTING protein its like having a milk shake when on a diet, it definitely has a place in everyones diet....i wouldn't use it as my main source of protein, but man its fucking delicious
 
probably 5% good fats - MCTs are expensive and don't taste nearly as good. MM is great for bulking but don't fool yourself into thinking you'll get leaner sluggin back 2 700 calorie shakes on top of a normal diet.
 
Do they sell the ready mades as well? I bought a shit load the other day at 5.99 for a case of 4 and they are great. I have about 3 a day. Can't stop drinking them!!!

I agree, its awsome tasting. I like Mocha Joe the best. But its full of fat and sugar. :(

I have found that I can take one scoop of Muscle milk and one scoop of ISO AGB unflavored and it tastes just as good as all Muscle Milk. I do this and make it with water 3 times a day. This cuts the calories down to 230 for one shake and cuts the fats in half. It does this while keeping the shake at around 30-32 grams of protein.

I suggest that all of you muscle milk users get some ISO AGB from Anafit.
 
it's not cheaper than dps nutrition. shipping is freakin' $9.
 
the more you buy the cheaper it gets when factoring in shipping. SHiiping for 1 is $10, but shipping for 4 is only $15. So I suggest buys 4 at a time like I do.
 
I must say I never thought I would buy a product in this area since I can get anything on my own

but! MuscleMilk is def worth it.........

and anything under $24 is a deal let alone $18

totally worth it

I have been using it as my lunch meal and I feel like its actually nutritious
 
I pay $16.88 + shipping for the 2.48 lb powder tub ... always factor in shipping before assuming that your price is the lowest....sometimes it makes sense to walk into a store and buy it because shipping cost is high

muscle milk has helped me put on some great mass in the last few months.... tastes good too... I only use it for a pre-workout shake and bedtime shake.... otherwise, plain old whey protein does the trick

the oils they use are Canola, Sunflower and Safflower oils plus MCT's... you need fats (good fats) in your diet.... if your diet is clean, this is an ok way to get your daily requirement of fat (otherwise, almonds, flax / olive oils, avocados work nicely)

and if you mix it with water as I do, you'd only be slugging down 350 calories per shake... use low-fat milk and it's 640 calories
