muscle hardness

hey everyone i have a question, ive been lifting for a pretty long time now.Im pretty big and muscular but when i make a muscle its not a solid as some of my workout buddies. im the strongest out of the group. does any one know why that is and is there something that i could take to harden up ? Im not tring to take any roid though.
 
i do tend to hold water naturally. im getting some aifm to see if it will dry me out some. my body fat % is 16

anyways bro..try some hiit training ..it really cuts you up within about 8 weeks..itll make you harder as well and aifm would help alot:)...good luck...fill us in with your progress!
 
2 gallons a day is a lot but it isnt a bad idea, i dont know your body weight but try 1.5. All that water should keep you from holding water also.
As far as you being hard goes, 16% is a good bit of fat that's probably why you look soft, just try less carbs and sugars in the diet and that should harden you up a little. Also try 3 grams of vit C a day, spread out of course. There are plenty of diet aids out that, look for one that you feel would work the best for you and go with that.
