muscle cramps.....

Ive been on gear for 2 weeks now...200mg of primo and 250 mg durates....and my triceps keep cramping on me, but only when working out......im not over doing the weight..and i drink tons of water...my diet is pretty balanced and cant figure it out...HELP....it feels like someone is sticking a knife through the under part of my tricep
 
also when will i stop feeling so tired all the time...especially during my work outs.....i mean its been only about 2 weeks but will it end....im having really bad work outs..
 
jrc04444- i just read a blurb in this months menshealth that recommends sodium (not potassium) like in gatorade sports drinks AND stretching after your workout (the larger muscles) as well as "a warmup up set with no weights".
