where did you get your information that TwinLab has filed for bankruptcy? While they have been operating at a loss, their most recent quarterly report (Q2 2002) has an optimistic tone for 2003. Unless something has occurred in the past month, which somehow hasn't been picked-up by the business press, they seem to be moving ahead just fine to me.
