Multivitamin beginning to make me feel sick

i take ADAM NOW.. ive never had a problem with these before, but the last week whenver i take one i feel sick and get a stomach ache..

any reason why this would happen?

Take MID meal... eat something, take vitamin... eat some more.

This happened to me a few years ago also even while taking w/ a meal. I switched brands and it was normal again. It could be due to levels of ingredient/expired-bad batch/hormone changes in oneself. Toxicity level buildup could also be an issue if the RDA % is very high. I rotate my multi's w/ brands/levels every 3/6 months and sometimes take a month to 1-day-on 1-day-off to make sure im balancing myself out.

Use Animal Pak from Universal Nutrition.
Never made me sick, I've been taking it for years
