Multiple Pin Sizes for Injection

What are the best pin sizes for the following:

Injecting Test Enthanate in glutes?

Injecting Zambon and Fina (together) in glutes?

"------------------------------------------------" delts?

"------------------------------------------------" quads?

I will be drawing all of the above with 22 or 21 gage pins.
