MTV's "Jackass" has come to an end.

Jackass will apparently not be doing any more shows. This season, once finished airing, will the be the last said Johnny Knoxville to a Knoxville, TN newspaper. Apparently, MTV is getting too much heat about kids going out and trying the stunts so they started cutting bits out of the show. Seems MTV is cutting too much material out, so the guys are calling it quits.

I'm hoping that if this is true, that MTV will see that this show has more of a fan base than they realized and will come to some sort of arrangement.

I can't believe the guys are done with this thing though. If MTV won't accept their material, then hopefully comedy central or even HBO would pick them up. Probably not...oh well, I was just wishful thinking.

I saw the premiere. If I recall correctly, that was the one with the porta-potty and the shopping cart from Hell, right?

It only took one show to make me stop watching. When I want to watch grown men make monkey asses of themselves, I just come here and read RyanH's posts. =) (come on ryanh, smile, you know that one was too ez ).

And no, it's not Darwinism because the idiots survive for next week. =(
