who the fuck was the host??? he was on Jay Leno the other night and he's a total waste of space. Britney spears still sucks. at least she was coherent this time. I'd bang the hell out of pink but seriously she needs to stop making music! the entire show was horribly put together and very robotic/none entertaining. mtv you fail

The state of MTV and current crop of musicians is in the toilet. Brittany Spears was the highlight last year and sucked, YET she was again the FOCUS of the awards show this year? What does that tell you whats going on with music? Tells me there aint much out there. Fuck has she even had a song since she was 16yrs old. Were all just guilty of wanting to watch a train wreck or somebody jump off a building. No one care about the music now.
And your telling me she legit won that award? Im pretty sure it went down something like this: Hey Brittany, even tho you were a disaster, why dont you come back this year and well give you the video of the year award. It will be killer for our ratings. It will be your triumphant return and we wont have you perform because youd fuck it up and cant sing.
