Alright everyone I just got back from the orthopedics and he said I have a level 2 tear in my mcl. It will heal on it's own he said for sure in a month.
Again here are my stats...
5 11"
185lbs
24yes old
5 years lifting
On third cycle.. Test/ tren 6 weeks in
Thinking of running hgh to heal faster.
Question... What would you all do? Keep lifting upper body and slowly introduce legs in a couple weeks?
Or skip to pct? Opinions? Thanks

Start PCT & get that knee stronger over time. If you can deadlift w/ out too much pain then do them. This will build mass as well as strength.

ask your doctor. lifting upper body can still put pressure on your legs. when you do pullups for example and land on the ground you are gonna put pressure on that knee. or if you bench press and keep your legs grounded. if you can keep that knee stable then you should be able to go light on your upper body.

you gotta figure out something cause you shouldn't stop lifting for a whole month just cause of your knee

The doc actually said I can start doing leg ext/curls. And he said upper body is totally fine. To me the pain is not bad at all. I think I will honestly heal quick especially with hgh on my side

for a level 2 tear you will not really notice much of a difference imo. ... what maybe 3.5 weeks instead of 4???

wont hurt but its not gonna help much.. maybe other options that will work better for you
