ALL Respect, thank you for your help on my ckd ,
i am thinking of going back with low carb high pro moderate fat, i am now 220 from 230, i have lost 10 pounds of fat not water, my waist is coming down, still want to loose 4 more inches, i am 5'9 220 , 16inch arms dont laugh. my shoulders are 49.5 inches in circumphrence, legs are really toning up, i am hitting cardio 4x a week empty gut, 2 on 2 off clen, off days eca + Y lots of water i i am lifting hard, my question is this, if i add the carbs my intenton is to focus on building muscle for 3weeks , during this i may reduce cardio to 3x 20minutes, my goal is fatloss, but will this change be wise or not,,

Assuming you will go for 50/30/20 (protein/carbs/fat), then you can add muscle but NOT in 3 weeks. I hate to break the news to you, but, in my view, a person cannot gain a sufficient nor reasonable amount of muscle in 3 weeks. I meant discounting the muscle glycogen and water, it's probably best to say you should aim for a 8-12 week bulking program, with healthy bulking for that matter. Trust me, muscle gain is a tedious process which does not happen over night, just as fat-loss occurs over time.
