Mr. X: TKD plan: carbing up sundays?

Mr.X u are saying that i can eat so many carbs i want before sundays workout (TKD diet). thats cool :) but how many carbs do u recommend for carbing up and how do u do it? just one meal or
few meals with carbs during the day.

another question for you: do u think on TKD is possible to add some muscle mass?

I would say have about weight x 1.5 in carbs, divided into 3 meals......

yes TKD can help you add muscle mass if you do it right
