Mr Burns and Smithers are in a group of people that are trying to decide what the skeleton, which looks like a human with wings, is when someone suggests it could be a mutation from the nuclear power plant:


Mr. Burns: "thats nonsense. we know all of our mutations have flippers....oops, I've said too much. Smithers, shoot them with the amnesia ray."
