Cool bro, looking very much forward to it! Gonna b a hell of an event being my first Olympia, I'm super stoked!!
Read up on ur back issues.....u see a chiropractor at all?? I have been hitting chiropractic care for over 3 years now n my back has never felt better.....I do throw parts of it out from time to time but my guy pops me back into place everytime, I even get the lower back issues too but stretching n icing goes a long way.....hope u get it straightened out!

ok, i have the official invite that im sending back tues with my entry fee... the warming up will begin at 9am on sat sept 17th and the lifting will begin at 10am... i will probably be one of the first to lift, as the lightweights go first usually...
actually, i feel it more in my ass/hip area now... im thinking its more of a pinched nerve, however it feels good enough to work with... im going in to do some squats right now...

chris ullrich, i wrote out a long ass reply to you too, but when i went to send it, it was deleted somehow... ill write it up again later after the gym... ;)

Good deal!! I'm gonna hit the gym @ the Luxor first thing that morning n aiming to b there right when expo starts so ill b looking for the competition right when I arrive....looking forward to it! Gonna b a blast! Bring the pain!! ;)

did these to give my lower back, hip area a break... this is the only time i ever reccomend using a machine, during injury rehab...

30min sauna and yoga stretches

That sounds great Moya, your making me feel guilty. I have not been in the gym since Thursday. lolll its the 4th. lololol Great work buddy.

took it very easy last week because of the back... still feeling it a bit, some days more than others...

monday's workout included...
millitary press 6x135 PR
dumbell pullovers 4x120 PR
both lifts up one rep...
...also did some light bench work... but they were all taken when i went in, so opted for the millitary's...

tomorrow i will deadlift, will see how it feels, but i will be sure to warm up plenty... also taking my last caps of the cyanostane tomorrow...
went off my TRT dose of test... may or may not go back on before the comp... just dont have the cash to be spending on stuff like this when my daughter needs $900 to play competitive soccer, also my toyota 4runner that was paid off burned down while parked at my friends house... his house was on fire and collapsed on it, it was the one truck we had paid off... and the insurance company angent is acting the fool... i might...*edit* he is my friend i would never hurt him lol...
rant over... but yeah, test is cheap as it gets, but i figure if i can gain on my own, why not... i'll give it a little time and see how i feel... not planning any real PCT either... elaborate PCT's are overrated imo... the human body strives for homostasis...

i have plenty of chalk, but will order more... and some ammonia...
i dont feel any shortage of hate; i will continue to find reasons to pick up heavy shit...
