sorry guys... took wendsday off...
had a nasty pinched nerve in my lower left back... thought a couple extra days off would help, and it does feel better now...

loving the cyanostane... i have my off days, but for being off i didnt do so bad today... i was supposed to pull that 550, just didnt happen... still meaning to upload that 535 pull from last week when i get a chance...

here are a few PR's from this training cycle...
will attempt 550 again this thursday... then will deload and ramp back up the following week and peak again for the Olympia... im not sure what goal to put into the calculator... based on how the 550 goes this week, i will make my descision then...

about to start running this here very soon. Recommend 2caps/day right from the beginning? What about any other sides, noticed anything?

i have the mildest little area of acne on my upper chest, which i didnt have before i started it...
ZERO bloat... no joint pain...
it has increased my libido a bit i think... no lethargic feeling like beast...

yes, 2 caps a day is the only way imo... if you only run it 1xday your blood levels will fluctuate more and you may see some sides pop up...
if i had more i would try 3/day, on training days at least...

oh, the first couple days on it i may have had a little bit trouble sleeping... but i seem to get that anytime i add any new compound...
i think there's a 20%off sale going on through the weekend as well...

I'm assuming you're taking one twice a day.. what times are you taking them? I train in the evening time. I was thinking maybe around 8am and 2pm

no, you would want to take them as close to 12hrs apart as possible... this is for the most consistent blood levels, leading to lower risk of sides...
i work out at 11am, and i take (youre right) one cap at 10am and the second at 10pm...

IF i were to take 3, i would take in 8hr intervals... all orals should be ran like this, unless using only before workouts or some special circumstance like that...
