not sure but i think so...just started my job but i dont think it will a prob. ill find out for sure in a couple weeks. i'm real anxious. it'll be fun contest im sure.
Cycle your workouts. Cycle your intensity. Break out of the mental/muscle rut and Do exercises/sets/reps you never done before. We are creatures of habit and it is challenging and it takes discipline to actually do things different than what we have been doing for so long.
And yeah....as previously mentioned....nothing like watching a good muscle video to zap the ol muscle/mental blues.
Ive really been wanting to come down to Murray again,but dont have a job right now.Hopefully that will change next week.You guys really helped out alot!!Thanks
