i have Good playing now, then Cure for Pain. total contrast to my normal music listening, but oh so good.

f'ing shame that the singer/bass player OD'ed a few years ago. think he was in Italy at the time. i'm just glad i got a chance to see them play in 96. same year i saw tons of heavy metal shows, and then Morphine...calm, melodic, beauty.

Cure for pain- great tunes, bro. I used to listen to them a few years back.

I am pretty sure the lead singer died a few years back. Collapsed on stage or some shit.

IIRC, Mark Sandman died of a heroin overdose while in Italy. don't quote me on that, but i do know he's dead.

Yes came out when I was really getting into music so I'll always have fond memories of hearing Honey White on the radio.

Too bad I was too young to go see them.

i never heard them get any airplay, but i only listened to the radio at work back then.

They played on the second stage on the HORDE tour in 95. that's where i was first introduced to them. picked up the first 3 albums right after that. pretty interesting what you can do with a 2 string slide bass, a sax, and drums.
