i keep getting this pop up that says 'your version of morpheus is too old to connect to the network. please download updated version from www.musiccity.com'.

however, i have the updated version. version 1.3.3. i can't find out the email address of the morpheus staff, so who do i contact.

I use Morpheus, Limwire, Bearshare, Winmx and Xolox and results vary all over the place but these give me a solid base for DLS.
