What I suggest and have been doing lately with great results:
Get up in the morning and do your peptides. I go for CJC and IPAMORELIN, but GHRP would suit just fine with trenbolone.
Immediately take one pack of ANIMAL STAK on empty stomach. It containes GH boosters to help with the GH pulse, plus anti aromatase for your gyno, and DHT blockers and other good stuff that work! Animal stak stopped my hair from falling on day 2!
After this, I do a 20kg kettlebell workout at home. It works wonders in gaining STRENGTH and losing fat! I'm getting sweat in a matter of minutes!
Then take a shower so that by the time you finish , 45 minutes will have passed since the peptide shots. Enough time to get the gh triggered and then go for your breakfast. Then you're G2G.
Continue of your low carb diet, as high GI foods and drinks lower your test, although you put it in your blood atm , still cortisol and other antagonists will blunt the anabolic effects of your 'supplementation'.
Also, add HGH-frag in there.
